About the Role
As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through your store to actively sell our products, and supporting and guiding them with all relevant fashion and product information. You will also work on garment refill & care, presentation, and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back-of-house, working closely with the rest of your store team to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities.
Customer Sales & Profit- Provide welcoming and guiding customer service through the store and OMNI experience.
- Engage in conversations with customers to deliver excellent service.
- Guide customers through our fashion trends, stories, and products in all areas of the store.
- Promote and sell our products effectively.
- Actively promote our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in‑store sustainability initiatives.
- Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively in all customer interactions.
- Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets.
- Keep up‑to‑date with fashion trends, styles, brands, competitors, and influencers.
- Share relevant fashion and product knowledge with customers.
- Share service, fashion, and store operation knowledge with colleagues.
- Follow all procedures, routines, and legal requirements in all areas of the store.
- Provide and receive feedback to learn and develop.
- Participate in onboarding, introduction processes, trainings, and courses relevant to your role and future development.
- Complete full garment cycle from unpacking to steaming and ensure garment care.
- Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice.
- Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house (including stockrooms).
- Support garment presentation, execution, and maintain attractive merchandise displays following visual and commercial guidelines.
- Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor.
- Follow best practice for OMNI services and in‑store tech tools.
- Support opening and closing of the store.
- Follow all H&S guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role.
- Passion for fashion and in‑store creation.
- Motivation to give customers a great experience.
- Communicative, creative, curious, motivated, flexible, decisive, and action‑oriented.
- Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
- Sales experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment that can be applied to this role.
- Experience delivering customer service in fashion, retail, or other service‑related industries.
