Overview

Our store teammates are passionate about creating an exceptional shopping experience for customers through eagerness to help, in-depth product knowledge, high brand and execution standards, and ability to prioritize.

• Greet customers and proactively approach them to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards, etc.
• Promote company programs such as customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment, etc.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of all Company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone (teammates and customers) feels welcome, safe, and treated with respect.
• Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift 15–35 lbs repeatedly (up to 25 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
• Targeted pay range: $12.50 – $19.50 per hour; actual hourly rate may vary based on location, experience, and position.
