SNIPES is a leading sneaker and streetwear retailer with over 750 stores worldwide in Europe and the USA.

The Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing customer transactions at the point of sale, handling stock and replenishment, and maintaining the brand and overall appearance of the store.

• Demonstrate leadership in driving sales and profitability by achieving or exceeding all established store and individual goals.
• Achieve or exceed all established goals, including sales, hourly productivity average dollar sale (ADS), units per transaction (UPT) conversion (if applicable), charge accounts, contests, and any other brand‑specific KPIs.
• Have a complete working knowledge and use of selling skills and customer service standards as set forth in Company training programs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers through a friendly attitude and excellent customer service.
• Actively participate in all contests, promotions, and sales incentive programs, and contribute to the store’s achievements.
• Meet company standards for appearance, performance, knowledge and personal grooming.
• Maintain awareness of all sales promotions and handle multiple customers and projects efficiently, including printing merchandise tags in a timely manner.
• Understand and communicate customer merchandise needs and liaise with Store Management when the store’s merchandise assortment meets or fails to meet those needs.
• Ensure consistent control of merchandise and maintain cash wrap daily as directed.
• Demonstrate professionalism when dealing with customers and answer the telephone in a friendly and professional manner.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have strong attention to detail.
• Able to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must present a neat appearance and personal grooming.
• Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift.
• Must be able to lift between 15–30 pounds.
