Job Description

The sales Clerk II contributes to the fulfillment of the University’s mission and vision by providing excellent customer service to all guests who visit the Gift Shop.

• Provide excellent customer service to all guests who visit the Gift Shop.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6 months retail experience (preferred in a gift shop)
• Familiar with a POS system
• Ability to do simple math and make change
• Have excellent customer service skills
• Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Demonstrate the ability to be accurate and self‑motivated
