Health Science Campus Hospital Toledo, OH

The sales clerk transforms the guest experience at the gift shop located on the University of Toledo Health Science Campus Hospital. This position involves:

• Providing friendly and efficient service to visitors and guests.
• Maintaining accurate cash handling, POS usage, and basic arithmetic.
• Managing product displays, restocking, and inventory procedures.
• Assisting with gift shop operations and supporting departmental goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months retail experience (preferred in a gift shop).
• Familiar with a POS system.
• Ability to do simple math and make change.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrate accuracy and self‑motivation.
