AE - Stock Associate - Early Morning; Off

YOUR ROLE

As a part-time stock brand Ambassador, you’re an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is #yourplace, you can flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Sales floor as needed.

• Goal-oriented: keep product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Maintain the Stockroom: keep merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures organized and the space running efficiently.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, develop a plan, and take action to implement improvements.
• Support teamwork: step in to help teammates with non-stock-related tasks or assist guests.
• Prioritize safety: follow Asset Protection standards and AEO policies in the Stockroom and on the Sales floor.

• Actual starting pay is determined by factors including experience and location.
