Forman Mills is seeking a Department Lead in the Receiving area. You will ensure merchandise presentation, signing, price changes, and inventory accuracy while delivering a courteous shopping experience. You may assist in other departments and front-end tasks as directed by the management team.
The role requires training and development of staff, effective communication, and strong math skills for register operations and inventory. Flexible hours including weekends and holidays are expected.
