Assistant Manager

Snipes - 5001 Monroe Street - Responsibilities:
Fully manage the store’s staff and operations in the absence of the Store Manager;
Ensure store meets Company standards for cleanliness on the sales floor and in the stockroom;
Set up sales/promotions with proper signing in a timely manner;
Process register functions and ensure they are properly followed in the store;
Demonstrate timely execution of floor set guides and promotions;
Direct and maintain merchandise presentation according to Visual Merchandising standards;
Identify customer merchandise needs and evaluate whether the store’s assortment meets these needs;
Assist in completing markdowns and transfers accurately and promptly;
Lead efforts to drive sales and profitability by meeting or exceeding store and individual goals;
Communicate store operational goals and directives to maximize team contributions toward the sales plan;
Monitor and evaluate individual performance in sales volume, hourly production, units per transaction, charge accounts, and loss prevention;
Train associates in register and Aptos functions and ensure security of Company funds per policy
