Blissful Budz is hiring an Outside Sales Representative (B2B) to grow and manage retail accounts for our premium THCA/cannabis product line. This is a field-based, high-accountability sales role focused on opening new doors, closing first orders, and turning accounts into long-term, high-volume partners.
This position is ideal for a disciplined, self-driven salesperson who thrives in face-to-face selling, understands B2B relationships, and is comfortable being measured on results.
Key Responsibilities- Own and manage a defined sales territory with daily field prospecting
- Conduct in-person shop visits, product presentations, and follow-ups
- Book, run, and close 10–20 qualified meetings per week
- Open new retail accounts and convert first orders into repeat business
- Educate retailers on THCA basics, COAs, labeling, and compliance standards
- Maintain accurate CRM or spreadsheet records, notes, and next steps
- Hit weekly KPIs including new accounts, volume sold, and repeat order rate
- Coordinate closely with distribution and logistics to ensure timely, compliant deliveries
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with retail partners through consistent communication and support
- Identify growth opportunities and execute territory expansion strategies
- Represent the brand professionally at all times (on-label, on-time, no shortcuts)
- Open 3–6 new accounts per week with paid first orders
- Reach 25–50 lbs/week and 2,000–3,000 pre-rolls/week within 60–90 days
- Maintain 70–100% account retention with at least two orders per month
- Maintain target profit margins on all sales
- Log 100% of meetings and follow-ups the same day
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for daily field work
- 1–3+ years of B2B field sales experience (CPG, beverage, vape/smoke, cannabis, or similar)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage time, routes, and pipeline independently
- Comfortable with goals, metrics, and performance tracking
- High integrity and attention to compliance
- Coachable, resilient, and able to handle frequent rejection
- Existing relationships in smoke shops, vape stores, or convenience retail
- Cannabis, hemp, or regulated product experience
- CRM proficiency
- Bilingual abilities
- Event, vending, or brand activation experience
- 20% commission on gross profit (Revenue – COGS × 20%)
- Paid on collected revenue; clawbacks apply to unpaid or canceled orders
- Territory protection based on activity and performance
- W-2 or 1099 structure (specified during hiring)
- Weeks 1–2: training and shadowing
- Weeks 3–4: partial territory ownership
- Week 5+: full quota responsibility
- Prefer inbound or desk-based sales
- Require constant supervision or hand-holding
- Avoid prospecting or field work
- Dislike goals, tracking, or accountability
- Cut corners or misrepresent products
- Are frequently late or resistant to feedback
- Full-time, field-based
- Flexible hours with emphasis on peak selling times
- Daily travel within assigned territory
