Sectr Partners is working with a National Construction Material Producer to bring onboard an experienced Sales Representative/Sales Manager (Aggregates) to look after their Michigan and Northern Ohio Territory.
This role acts as a feeder role for a Sales Leadership position in the near future. You will be responsible for developing and managing a 2.5M TPY territory with a mix of Sand & Gravel and Limestone aggregates. This role will oversee 2 Inside Sales reps.
Requirements:
- Experience managing a large volume Territory
- Experienced Sales Representative or Sales Manager who is capable of taking over a Sales Teams
- Experience in Sand & Gravel or Limestone Aggregates
- Ability to travel throughout Territory as required
- 2 days a week in Office (Southern Michigan)
Compensation:
- Highly Competitive: $130,000 – $160,000 base
