Requirements:- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Enthusiastic and energetic personality
- Persuasive and able to overcome objections during the sales process
- Quality customer service skills
- Persistent, competitive and a great work ethic
- Professional appearance
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Greet and guide customer as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process
- Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of vehicles.
- Enhance the sales process by demonstrating key features, functions, and benefits tailored to each individual customer.
- Assist management to increase sales by inspecting the lot's vehicles daily, reporting any problems to management
- Assist management in insuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales
- Build strong rapport with customers
- Follow up with all sold and unsold customers
