Overview

Asure Software employs over 600 people and views Human Capital Management (HCM) through the lens of entrepreneurs and executives with an owner’s mentality. We help businesses develop their "Human Capital" to reach the next level, stay compliant, and allocate time, money and technology toward growth. Our HCM platform serves more than 100,000 clients with Payroll & Tax, HR, Time & Attendance software and HR services ranging from online compliance tools to a fully outsourced HR department.

Location

The ideal candidate will live in the Toledo, OH area.

Responsibilities
  • Build new business relationships with prospective clients and deepen existing customer relationships to create new revenue opportunities for Asure’s platform of Human Capital Management solutions.
  • Identify and develop new prospects within the defined territory through self‑generation, heavy networking, and business development sales activities.
  • Profile and penetrate existing Asure clientele to cultivate new revenue opportunities and enhance value for the client by expanding the Asure solution scope.
  • Develop and maintain referral relationships with CPAs, banks, financial advisors, and insurance brokers to further penetrate the market.
  • Create high‑impact presentations that depict and highlight the benefits of proposed Asure solutions.
  • Develop and manage a robust sales funnel of new opportunities to attain or exceed assigned monthly and annual sales quotas.
  • Leverage Salesforce CRM to report on and manage all sales and client‑services related activities.
  • Engage in continuous learning to understand industry trends, evaluate the competitive HCM landscape, and incorporate new and evolving technology such as AI tools into your strategy.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Experience selling payroll, HR, or related software and services preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of consultative software sales experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience managing multiple sales engagements effectively.
  • Proven relationship‑building and client‑service skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a territory producing exceptional results.
  • Proactive, results‑oriented, and team‑oriented approach to sales.
  • Experience with  and other virtual selling tools (Go To Meeting , Webex, etc.).
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license to be eligible for hire.
Compensation & Benefits

The base salary ranges from $65,000–$80,000, based on relevant experience, skills, and industry knowledge. Compensation also includes an uncapped commission structure. Asure Software offers a variety of employee benefits, including:
