Sales Support Representative

Schedule

Monday through Friday 7am - 4:30pm

• Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
• Ensure the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
• Effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or other trades is required.
• Strong sales skills, including the ability to upsell.
• Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and making timely decisions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and follow through on commitments.
• Highly motivated and customer‑service oriented, with the ability to build relationships.
• General digital literacy, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.

Pay Range: $18.71 – $29.92 (Hourly for all roles). This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible. Ferguson complies with all wage regulations, and the starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
