Role Description
  • Prospecting, developing, and maintaining customer relationships in an assigned geographic region.
  • Maintain and build relationships with customers via telephone, IM, social media, and personal communications.
  • Represent Bolt Express in a manner which is consistent with our Mission statement.
  • Sales Coordinator is responsible for all activities to drive growth.
  • Create and manage leads, contacts, and accounts within the CRM system for accuracy and follow up in customer account management.
  • Work closely with other departments including all operations teams as it pertains to potential customers, requests for quotes, or customer needs.
  • As training progresses, occasional travel may be required to meet with customers.
  • Attend networking and/or trade shows to prospect new business leads and build relationships with customers.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to support daily sales activities and logistics workflows.
  • Experience in Sales and Customer Service, with a focus on building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
  • Strong Communication skills, including professional phone, email, and written communication.
  • An appreciation for the importance of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Professional attitude and demeanor
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software (e.g., Excel, Word, email platforms); logistics or TMS experience is a plus.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain environments preferred but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary education in business, logistics, or a related field is an advantage.
