Responsibilities
  • Deliver effective customer interactions and support dealership operations.
  • Build partnerships with potential buyers and guide them through the Drive Time Nurture and Sales processes.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from securing appointments to converting visits into completed sales.
  • Perform operational duties such as opening/closing the store, handling cash and sales, managing inventory, conducting audits and completing documentation (tags, title/registration).
  • Maintain expertise in dealership inventory, website, OET experience, financing options and related sales processes.
  • Develop sales competencies, including negotiation, customer experience and core selling skills.
  • Collaborate with team members and support a positive, safe and highly effective team environment.
  • Deliver a world‑class, tailored customer experience and introduce customers to the Drive Time family of companies.
  • Serve as a training partner for new hires, supporting onboarding and skill development.
  • Execute company directives, initiatives and expectations while actively seeking feedback and participating in training and development.
  • Progress through a multi‑phase learn‑and‑earn role (Levels0–4), assuming increasing responsibility for sales, operations, inventory management and dealership leadership.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Strong customer partnership focus.
  • Mastery of the full sales process, from appointment setting to closing.
  • Operational knowledge: store operations, cash handling, inventory management and documentation.
  • In‑depth understanding of dealership inventory, website, OET, financing options and related sales processes.
  • Sales competency development: negotiation, customer experience, core selling skills.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3years of related sales and retail operations experience with proven success in driving sales performance, managing operations and delivering high‑quality customer experiences.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record for the previous 3years.
  • Minimum age 18 years.
  • Ability to pass a drug test and a background check.
  • Physical ability to remain in a stationary position at least 75% of the time; occasional moving objects up to 20pounds; use of computer and other office equipment.
Physical Demands

The essential functions of this position require remaining in a stationary position 75% of the time, occasionally moving about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery and other equipment. The role requires visual acuity, manual dexterity to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a calculator, copy machine and printer. The position may require moving objects up to 20pounds.
