You do not need prior experience—we provide industry-leading paid training to teach you everything you need to thrive in sales and turn conversations into paychecks.

• Connect with homeowners via inbound and outbound calls.
• Promote top-quality home improvement solutions (roofing, siding, windows).
• Use proven scripts to identify needs and offer tailored services.
• Track and manage interactions using our CRM.

• Positive attitude and drive to win.
• Excellent communication skills—talkers and listeners thrive here.
• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.

• Weekly Pay:
  Guaranteed base pay plus uncapped commissions.

12-8 Monday to Thursday and 9-4 Saturday
