The MissionIndia's SMB retail and F&B sector is rapidly digitizing. As a Sales Manager at Mocha Ease, you will lead the charge in bringing modern, AI-powered POS and automation tools to thousands of independent businesses across India.
The Challenge- Drive new business by acquiring cafes, restaurants, salons, and retail outlets.
- Build partnerships with local distributors, POS hardware vendors, and business consultants.
- Educate traditional businesses transitioning from manual billing or legacy POS systems.
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing multi-outlet deals.
- 3+ years experience in SaaS, POS, fintech, or retail technology sales.
- Strong network among restaurant owners, retailers, or hospitality businesses.
- Experience managing high-volume SMB sales pipelines.
- Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
