- Sell worksite insurance products and services within a defined sales territory and existing customer base
- Grow and maintain existing business-to-business accounts through one-on-one sales
- Consult with current customers to provide value and meet financial needs
- Build strong relationships with customers and association executives
- Develop customized, needs-based employee benefit packages through annual benefit enrollments and group presentations
- Pursue new account development opportunities
- Meet with educators, support staff, employees, prospects, and policyholders to answer questions and enroll them in supplemental benefits
- Conduct one-on-one benefit enrollment consultations
- Assist customers in selecting insurance benefits and reimbursement accounts
- Participate in ongoing training, conferences, conventions, and leadership workshops
- Ability to sell worksite insurance products and services in a defined sales territory
- Ability to build and maintain long-term business-to-business customer relationships
- Ability to provide needs-based insurance and employee benefit recommendations
- Ability to conduct one-on-one consultations, annual benefit enrollments, and group presentations
- Ability to develop new accounts
- Participation in standardized training, product and sales schools, online training, and software training
