The Outside Sales RepresentativeThe Outside Sales Representative is a dynamic, results-driven professional responsible for driving sales growth outside the typical office environment.
Responsibilities- Meeting with decision makers and building relationships while offering industry-leading energy services to their businesses.
- Providing decision makers with the necessary information to make informed decisions when choosing an energy provider.
- Working full-time, face-to-face, B2B sales, earning base pay plus uncapped commission.
- Base pay plus uncapped commission
- 10 paid holidays
- 2 weeks of PTO
- Health, dental, and vision plans
- 401(k) after 1 year
- Self-starter who enjoys putting in a good day's work
- Friendly & outgoing, able to connect quickly with others
- Motivated, ambitious, and relentless to get results
- Innovative and eager to propose new ideas
- Flexible and adaptable to changing conditions
- Outside sales experience and energy knowledge preferred but not required
- Willing to drive between businesses; must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Full-time – 8 hours a day
- Monday to Friday, with weekend work available
- Typical hours 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., but flexible as needed
