Kid's Thrive Toledo is seeking a motivated, personable, and relationship-focused Business Development Liaison to join our team. This position will help build and strengthen relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, schools, community organizations, and other partners who support children, adolescents, and their families.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who enjoys networking, community engagement, and creating meaningful partnerships while representing an organization dedicated to helping children thrive.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and community partners.
• Identify new referral and business development opportunities within the community.
• Represent Kid's Thrive Toledo at community events, meetings, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Build relationships with healthcare providers, schools, behavioral health professionals, social service agencies, and other key organizations.
• Educate referral sources and community partners about Kid's Thrive Toledo programs and services.
• Conduct outreach activities to increase awareness of available services.
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with referral partners.
• Track outreach activities, referral trends, contacts, and partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with clinical, admissions, marketing, and leadership teams to support growth initiatives.
• Identify community needs and opportunities to develop new partnerships.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and referral relationships.
• Represent Kid's Thrive Toledo professionally and positively throughout the community.
• Support initiatives designed to increase access to services for children and families.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Communications, Social Services, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in business development, healthcare marketing, community outreach, sales, or relationship management preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health, healthcare, education, or social services is a plus.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Professional presentation and strong customer-service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet outreach goals.
• Comfortable engaging with diverse community partners and representing the organization at events.
