Flex Security Officer - On-Call

Overview: Sunstates Security is a leading privately‑held security company providing on‑call security officer services in the Toledo, Ohio area. This role is a Flex Security Officer position, requiring on‑call/as‑needed work with $17.00/hr and weekly pay.

• Stand or walk for extended periods and times.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Write reports and documents clearly and concisely.
• Analyze situations, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure.
• Operate independently and understand written instructions.
• Read and follow Post Orders and SOPs to perform duties.

• Reliable transportation.
• Preferred:
  Two years of security, military, or law‑enforcement experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Willing to work holidays, weekends, and all weather conditions.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.

• Trained at multiple posts/facilities; assignments are not permanent.
• Schedule varies by operational need; shifts may be posted weekly or called by short notice.
• Expected to work any scheduled shift; communicate unavailability.
• For short‑notice call‑ins, expected to work at least 80% of called shifts; refusal of more than 20% may impact employment.
