Security Shift Supervisor

Allied Universal is seeking a dedicated and responsible Security Shift Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our security personnel at assigned client sites. The Security Shift Supervisor will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' facilities, assets, and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the activities of security personnel on assigned shift.
• Train and mentor new security officers, ensuring that all team members are equipped with necessary skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and disciplinary action when necessary.
• Conduct regular patrols and security checks of the facility to ensure safety and detect any suspicious activities.
• Respond to emergencies, incidents, and conflict in a swift and effective manner.
• Ensure all security equipment and systems are functioning properly, and coordinate maintenance or upgrades when necessary.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports of shift activities, incidents, and staffing issues.
• Liaise with law enforcement and other emergency services when needed.
