Security Site Supervisor

As a Security Site Supervisor at Allied Universal, you will lead a team of security professionals to protect client personnel, property, and assets. You will oversee daily operations, assign posts, monitor patrols and access control, and ensure adherence to safety and security procedures. The role includes training officers, conducting inspections, responding to incidents, preparing detailed reports, and communicating with client representatives.

You will uphold Allied Universal's standards of vigilance, professionalism, and customer service while enforcing site-specific policies and supporting incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise security officers assigned to the site
• Oversee daily security operations, patrols, and post assignments
• Monitor access control and CCTV in accordance with site procedures
• Respond to and manage security incidents and emergencies
• Prepare clear, detailed incident and activity reports
• Train and coach security staff on policies and procedures
• Conduct post inspections and ensure compliance with post orders
• Coordinate with client representatives on security needs and updates
• Enforce safety, security, and company policies on site
• Support investigations and recommend improvements to site security
