C&K Industrial Services is hiring Industrial Field Laborers to support our environmental cleaning and maintenance operations. This is a hands‑on, physical job working outdoors and on‑site at industrial facilities. You'll assist with high‑pressure water blasting, vacuum truck operations, and confined space work — all while being part of a safety‑first team.
No experience? No problem — we provide full training and all safety gear.
Key Responsibilities- Support cleaning operations at industrial facilities using vac trucks and hydroblasting equipment
- Set up and maintain job site equipment (hoses, waterlines, vacuum systems)
- Perform general labor including confined space entry and work at heights
- Follow all safety protocols, including participation in daily safety briefings
- Represent C&K professionally on customer job sites
- Travel to other local offices or jobs may be required; some overnight stays possible
- Valid driver’s license required (CDL not required)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
- Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability
- Experience in construction, landscaping, or similar manual labor is a plus
- Must be able to pass a drug screen (including for marijuana, per DOT regulations)
- Competitive pay with a raise after 90 days based on performance

Work is full‑time with varying shifts depending on the job site. This may include evenings and weekends. Must be flexible and available for short‑term travel.
