Perform skilled building maintenance and repairs including carpentry, plumbing, painting, drywall, and flooring;
Assist with preventive maintenance on equipment and systems including H.V.A.C. and lighting control systems;
Complete work orders and follow-up documentation in a timely manner;
Support event setup, technical services, and equipment maintenance during events;
Operate motorized equipment such as Genie lifts and forklifts as needed
