You must have 3‑5 years experience working for another Major Appliance Repair Company with references.

Diagnose and repair major home appliances including refrigerators, washers, and dryers.

Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal appliance performance.

Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with clients on‑site.

Document service calls and maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used.

Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Stay updated on industry trends and new appliance technologies.

Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during service operations.

Manage inventory of tools and parts necessary for repairs.

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in appliance repair is a plus.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in appliance repair or related field.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.

EPA certification for refrigerant handling preferred.
