Join Ace Appliance as a Major Appliance Delivery & Installation Specialist and be the face of our exceptional service! In this dynamic role, you'll ensure our customers receive their appliances with care and expertise, making their experience seamless and enjoyable.

• Deliver major appliances to customers' homes, ensuring safe handling and transport.
• Install appliances according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
• Provide exceptional customer service during delivery and installation processes.
• Assist customers with appliance setup and provide basic operational training.
• Maintain and operate delivery vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues.
• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each delivery and installation.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift heavy appliances and perform physical tasks.
• Experience in appliance delivery and installation is a plus.
• Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to service excellence.
• Basic troubleshooting skills for appliance operation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
