• Safely deliver major appliances to customer locations while ensuring proper handling and care.
• Install appliances according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns during delivery and installation.
• Perform quality checks to ensure appliances are functioning properly post-installation.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
• Maintain van and equipment in clean and safe working condition.
• Document delivery and installation processes accurately for record-keeping.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and installation techniques.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy appliances.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of appliance installation and troubleshooting.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Background check and drug screening required.
