About the Role

Join Ace Appliance as a Major Appliance Install & Delivery Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy hands‑on work and take pride in delivering and installing appliances with care and precision. Installation of dishwasher and microwave knowledge is required.

• Safely transport major appliances to customer locations.
• Install appliances according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service during delivery and installation.
• Inspect appliances for defects before delivery.
• Communicate effectively with customers to address any questions or concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and vehicle.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient delivery schedules.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy appliances (up to 100 lbs) and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of appliance installation and troubleshooting.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Experience in logistics or delivery is a plus.
