Integrity Home exteriors is looking for a Gutter & Repair Technician who values craftsmanship, consistency, and workmanship.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys skilled hands-on work, problem-solving, and maintaining high standards on every project.
Responsibilities (we are willing to train)- Perform exterior repair work including roofing, siding, gutters, doors, windows, trim, and related repairs
- Communicate professionally with homeowners on job sites
- Ensure projects meet company quality standards
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment safely
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Work efficiently while following safety procedures
- Complete job documentation and communicate project updates
- Represent the company professionally with customers and team members
- Take pride in quality workmanship
- Be dependable and self-motivated
- Enjoy hands-on work and working outdoors
- Hold high standards for attention to detail
- Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers
- Work well independently and as part of a team
- Be willing to learn and improve their craft

Requirements- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to lift 80 lbs
- Ability to climb ladders
- Roofing, siding, door window, or gutter repair experience
