Integrity Home Exteriors is looking for a Skilled Carpenter to help complete a variety of residential exterior repair projects including siding, roofing, windows, doors, trim, gutters, and related exterior work.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety from day to day, takes pride in quality work, and likes finding solutions to problems in the field.

We are looking for dependable team members who work hard, communicate professionally, and take ownership of their work.

• Perform exterior repair work including roofing, siding, gutters, doors, windows, trim, and related repairs
• Communicate professionally with homeowners on job sites
• Ensure projects meet company quality standards
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment safely
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Work efficiently while following safety procedures
• Complete job documentation and communicate project updates
• Represent the company professionally with customers and team members

• Be dependable and self‑motivated
• Enjoy hands‑on work and working outdoors
• Take pride in doing quality work
• Hold high standards for attention to detail

• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to lift 80 lbs
• Ability to climb ladders

• Roofing, siding, door window, or gutter repair experience
• Finish carpentry or detailed repair work
