Performs a variety of general maintenance tasks, including general repairs, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.;
Assists with moving of residents' furnishings as needed.;
Paints residents' living quarters as needed.;
Assists with the on-going preventative maintenance program of cleaning, repairing and operating equipment, which minimizes abnormal equipment failure.;
Assists with maintaining documentation of fire safety evacuation plan, fire drills, disaster plan, smoking policy, fire alarm testing, fire extinguisher maintenance and testing reports, generator testing logs, water temperatures, flame spread ratings of interior finishes, and other maintenance records.
