Flee Tec Academy is a paid educational program that leads to a path to become one of our full-time Diesel Technicians. It is designed to help people enter the Diesel Maintenance field without facing high tuition costs or debt. We pay you to attend training and provide all necessary tools.

• 4 weeks paid classroom training; all travel expenses paid.
• Free technical education.
• Hands‑on training with a Lead Technician and a full‑time job offer with us as a Mobile Diesel Mechanic.
• State‑of‑the‑art mobile mechanic vehicle for customers’ on‑site repairs.
• Defined pay progression and raise pathway.

Pay structure:

• First 4 weeks: $13.72/h (or state minimum wage, whichever is greater) + $250/week stipend (taxed).
• Weeks 5-10: $19/h.
• Second class 4-week program in Indy: $19/h + $250/week stipend.
• Upon graduation: $21/h.

• Desire to start a career as a Diesel Technician and become a Mobile Mechanic.
• Willingness and ability to study hard.
• Dedication to a 4‑week away-from-home training schedule.
• Maturity level to focus on the task; this is a professional training, not a summer camp.
• Technical aptitude and passion for fixing vehicles.
• Ability to operate iPad.
• Must be 21 years old to drive a fleet truck.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Background checks, driving records, pre‑employment drug testing, and physical exam will be conducted.
