Role highlights

Diagnose and repair major home appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves) in customers’ homes with speed and precision.

Create exceptional customer experiences and recommend solutions that improve home comfort and protection.

Manage an organized service vehicle and parts inventory.

Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Compensation & benefits

Hourly base: $18–$30, based on experience, certifications, and location.

What you bring

High school diploma or GED.Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with test equipment and repair tools; prior appliance repair experience preferred.

Process-driven mindset and quality workmanship.

Comfort using a smartphone for tasks such as ordering parts.

Valid state driver’s license and ability to drive an automatic transmission vehicle.

Willingness to travel up to 100% and work variable hours with required overtime.

Clear communication skills; able to read, write, and speak English and interpret technical documentation.

Physical demands

Constantly lift/carry/push/pull up to 20 lbs; frequently up to 50 lbs; occasionally up to 100 lbs.

Constant reach outward, handle/finger objects, stand, walk, sit, and type.

Frequently bend, squat, kneel, twist, turn, stoop, climb, and crawl; occasionally reach above shoulder.

Experience & travel

Experience:

1–2 years.

Travel:
Road Warrior (75% or more); territory centered on Toledo, OH; ability to travel up to 100% as needed.
