Heavy-Duty Wrecker Operator – $7,500 Sign-On Bonus!
Schedule: Full-Time, On-Call Availability Required
Sign-On Bonus*: $7,500 (paid out in four increments throughout the first year of employment)

- Operate medium to heavy-duty wreckers for towing semi-trucks and trailer.
- Perform accident recovery, rollovers, winch outs, and abandoned vehicle recovery
- Respond to emergency road service calls in a safe and timely manner
- Communicate with dispatch to provide accurate updates and ETA’s
- Complete detailed paperwork and reports for each service call
- Inspect and maintain trucks, tools, and equipment to ensure readiness
- Provide exceptional customer service in high-pressure situations
- Class A CDL (Required & Kept Current)
- Current DOT Physical & Ability to Pass Drug Test
- Clean Background & Insurable Driving Record
- Mechanical skills for minor vehicle repairs
- Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to remain professional and calm in high-stress situations
- Lives within 30 minutes of our shop (5825 Angola Rd)
