Day Shift Maintenance Technician - 2-2-3
We are seeking two dedicated Shift Maintenance Technicians responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of various equipment including robotic welding systems, ped welders, manual clinch machines, conveyor equipment, and welding cells. The role involves a blend of mechanical and electrical maintenance, focusing on both primary and secondary equipment.
Responsibilities- Perform maintenance on robotic welding equipment, ped welders, manual clinch machines, conveyor systems, and welding cells.
- Conduct mechanical maintenance, approximately 60-70% of the time, and electrical maintenance for the remaining 30-40%.
- Maintain secondary equipment such as pneumatics, hydraulics, sensors, motors, valves, contractors, motor starters, and air cylinders.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues up to 480V, including setting up and running power to 480V lines.
- Pull wire, bend conduit, and perform control panel wiring.
- Utilize a volt meter for daily tasks.
- Perform MIG welding, fabrication, and some stick welding.
- Conduct building maintenance tasks.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Toledo, OH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $32.00 - $38.00/hr.
