Do you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and fixing things the right way? Integrity Home Exteriors is looking for an Exterior Repair Technician to complete residential exterior repairs including roofing, siding, gutters, windows, doors, trim, and related exterior work. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety from day to day, takes pride in quality work, and likes finding solutions to problems in the field.

We are looking for dependable team members who work hard, communicate professionally, and take ownership of their work. Responsibilities include performing exterior repair work including roofing, siding, gutters, doors, windows, trim, and related repairs; communicating professionally with homeowners on job sites; ensuring projects meet company quality standards; loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment safely; maintaining a clean and organized job site;

working efficiently while following safety procedures; completing job documentation and communicating project updates; and representing the company professionally with customers and team members.

The right candidate will be dependable and self-motivated, enjoy hands-on work and working outdoors, take pride in doing quality work, hold high standards for attention to detail, communicate professionally with customers and coworkers, work well independently and as part of a team, be willing to learn and improve their craft, and take ownership of their work and follow through.

Requirements include roofing, siding, door window, or gutter repair experience, a valid driver's license, ability to pass a background check, ability to lift 80 lbs, and ability to climb ladders. Preferred experience includes roofing, siding, door window, or gutter repair experience, exterior construction experience, finish carpentry or detailed repair work, and residential construction knowledge.
