Appliance Repair Technician

This is NOT just a job. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate. We will teach you appliance repair while you work as a helper and apprentice. You will learn on the job earning a salary while taking an online correspondence class that we will pay for. Pay increase at about 90 days and continue as you progress. Work is generally 8-5 with occasional light Saturdays.

No work on Sunday, holidays and no travel but overtime is available if you want it. Our technicians are never on call. Flexible hours are possible. Must have your own hand tools we will provide guidance and help in acquiring them. We are looking to immediately train the best people in the area to join our team. Must have a great attitude, work ethic and strong customer service skills.

Our full program takes about a year to complete. This is much better alternative than going to a trade school or community college and pay thousands of dollars with no guarantee of a job when you are finished. We will also provide a company vehicle, mobile phone, laptop, uniforms, and more... The work is challenging enough to be always interesting with plenty of opportunity for advancement. Basic beginning starting salary varies during the training period and will progress as you learn and advance. We also provide continuing factory, online and in house training. Requirements include:
Excellent customer service skills. Must be willing to learn appliance repair to an expert level. Must have troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Must be computer literate, great with details, numbers, and accuracy. Must be punctual, courteous, and well groomed. A background, drug and driving screening will be required. We are looking for people that have some mechanical or electrical working experience or other maintenance experience that are desiring to learn a trade for life.

We service major appliances and refrigeration in all of Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan. Our parts store is located in Toledo Ohio. This business is independently owned and operated.
