The Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in keeping Tsunamis car wash equipment operating safely, reliably, and efficiently. Supporting an assigned region of locations, this position is responsible for minimizing downtime, resolving equipment issues, and ensuring sites remain operational and guest-ready. This is a hands-on field role for someone who enjoys troubleshooting complex systems, solving problems in real time, and taking ownership of equipment performance.

Equipment Reliability & Repairs
Own equipment reliability across your assigned locations
Prioritize and resolve maintenance issues to maximize uptime and site performance
Diagnose root causes and implement lasting repairs rather than temporary fixes
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair car wash equipment including tunnels, conveyors, chemical delivery systems, and supporting infrastructure
Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs to reduce operational disruptions
Maintain equipment performance standards across all assigned sites
Execute maintenance and repair work orders accurately and on schedule
Document repairs, maintenance activities, and equipment history thoroughly
Identify recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions to improve reliability
Apply hands-on proficiency across multiple disciplines, including:
Electrical systems (24V480V)
Mechanical systems
Welding Hydraulics Pneumatics Plumbing Support troubleshooting efforts across a variety of equipment and operational systems
Assist with equipment installation, commissioning, and operational readiness for new locations
Partner with Operations teams to ensure equipment is functioning properly prior to opening
Train Site Managers on basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance practices to reduce emergency repairs
Follow all company safety policies, PPE requirements, and OSHA standards
Promote a culture of safety and accountability at every location
Ensure repairs and maintenance activities are completed safely and professionally
