Dave Smith Appliance Services is looking for the right people
, not necessarily experienced appliance technicians. We can teach appliance repair. What we can’t teach is attitude, work ethic, dependability, curiosity, and the desire to build a better future.

Our training program gives you the opportunity to learn appliance repair and refrigeration while earning an income instead of taking on years of college debt.

this is an apprenticeship and the starting pay reflects that. You are being paid while we invest significant time, training, and resources into teaching you a skilled trade.

Experience is helpful, but character and aptitude matter more.

You may be a great candidate if you have experience in automotive repair, maintenance, HVAC, electrical work, construction, manufacturing, equipment operation, facilities maintenance, or another hands-on field.

You may also be someone who simply has strong mechanical aptitude and has always been the person who likes figuring out why something doesn't work.
