211 Specialist

Gryphon Place seeks a compassionate 211 Specialist to provide crisis intervention, information, and referrals via phone, text, and chat. In this role, you will de-escalate crises, conduct risk assessments, offer suicide prevention support, and connect callers to community resources. You will document contacts accurately, follow established protocols, and collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure quality care. Training is provided, and ongoing coaching supports skill growth.
