Zepf Center is seeking a Street Outreach Specialist to serve youth 12–21 in Lucas County. You will provide crisis intervention, linkage to mental health, medical and social services, and street-based education in the community, supporting aftercare and shelter programs.
Flexibility with scheduling and capability to drive in all weather conditions is required; you will document accurately and coordinate with local providers to ensure best practices and outcomes for at-risk youth.
