Job DescriptionThis is a full-time, W-2 position.
Home every weekend for 48 hours!
All dry van, 100% no touch!
All the miles you want!!
Base pay (per practical mile):
Average drivers make $85,000 - $105,000+ a year
Safety bonuses:
Up to $875 + PTO every 90 days
On-road bonus: $600 every 90 days
Hiring bonus:
Up to $1,475 + PTO + orientation pay (depending on safety record)
Anniversary bonus: $100 per year of service
Band pay on short hauls: $25–$35/load
100% no-touch, full truckload, dry van
No NYC, Canada, or Mexico
Additional PayHazmat premium (less than 2% of freight)
Requirements QualificationsValid Class A CDL
9 months tractor-trailer experience (6 months if teaming with an experienced driver)
No DWIs in 7 years; ≤3 moving violations in 3 years
No preventable DOT accidents in 3 years
Must pass DOT physical, drug screen, and HPE
Weekly pay with practical mileage
PTO every 60,000 miles
