Become a Box Truck Driver with Chief Delivery Collective LLC. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are inspired and motivated to work smart and hard in a team environment. As a Box Truck driver, you will be the face of our company, consistently exceeding customer expectations by delivering loads safely, on time, and to the correct location.

We are currently filling part-time and full-time driving positions in Toledo, Ohio.

• Compensation: $18.50 per hour starting wage

• Operate a box truck by driving, climbing in and out, and walking in parking lots and terminals in all weather conditions; deliver loads safely and punctually.
• Work approximately 4‑5 days a week, 8‑10 hour shifts.
• Follow strict safety standards on and off the road.
• Solve problems independently using critical thinking skills.
• Maintain a positive can‑do attitude.
• Operate an electronic device for GPS and daily records.
• Interact with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner.

• Be 21 years of age or older; be able to read and speak English.
• Have a valid driver’s license in the state of employment.
• Consent to a drug test, MVR, and background check.
• Be able to operate and navigate a box truck weighing 26,000 lbs. or less (you do not need to provide your own vehicle).
• Be able to lift a maximum of 50 pounds during an 8‑10 hour shift.
• Handle stressful driving demands, including inclement weather conditions.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills.
• Accept text messages from company managers and other authorized employees regarding schedule, performance, and other company matters on your personal cell phone.
