You do not have to have cryogenic experience, but you MUST have your hazmat and tanker endorsements to qualify.

• First‑year pay ranges from $80,000 to $106,000. Drivers start at $300/day with a $3/day increase every six months to a cap of $324/day. If you are willing to train another driver after one year, you will earn an extra $100/day.
• Drivers will be assigned to an account for one to six months anywhere in the U.S. Drivers must agree to run anywhere in the continental U.S. They will run 21 days and are home for 7. Longer out‑of‑home periods are allowed; when home time is reached the company will pay for your flight home.
• Full training on cryogenic deliveries is provided at $125/day, after which you receive a $1,000 sign‑on bonus.
• Full benefits (medical, vision, dental, PTO, 401(k), cell‑phone reimbursement) begin after 60 days.
• Drivers have a one‑week orientation. Afterwards you receive a truck and meet your trainer. Training is shadow training: you drive your truck while the trainer drives theirs—no shared or slip‑seat trucks. All trucks are newer model 579 Peterbilt and are dedicated to you.
• The benefits package includes affordable health coverage, a matching 401(k), one full week of PTO in the first 52 weeks, and more.

Drivers MUST be willing to drive anywhere in the continental United States with no exceptions, must fly home when required, and must never have failed a DOT drug test—even if they have completed SAP.

• One year of verifiable Class A OTR or regional driving experience within the last three years, including some tanker experience.
• Hazmat and tanker endorsements required; tanker or cryogenic experience is an advantage.
• No SAP status—no failed or refused drug test ever.
• Relatively clean MVR.
• No more than five jobs in the last three years to avoid job hopping.
