Logistics Coordinator

Attached to the logistics service, you ensure the organization and coordination of transport operations to guarantee the proper delivery of goods between different sites and customers.

In this role, your main duties will be:

Transport Preparation

• Organize transports in line with the production schedule
• Carry out grouping of goods
• Establish loading plans
• Coordinate loading operations at different sites

Transport Organization

• Select suitable carriers according to needs and constraints
• Transmit loading programs to carriers
• Manage inter-site flows
• Ensure respect of deadlines and optimization of transport costs

Carrier Relations Management

• Ensure daily follow-up with partner carriers
• Manage contingencies and adjust transport plans if necessary
• Participate in the follow-up of service provider quality

Profile Sought

• Training in logistics, transport or supply chain
• First experience in a logistics or transport environment is appreciated
• Good organizational and coordination skills
• Reactivity and priority management
• Interpersonal skills and service orientation
• Knowledge of ERP SAP is appreciated
