Non CDL​/Warehouse

Hire Up Staffing is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Non‑CDL Driver/Warehouse Associate for a growing company in Toledo, OH. This position splits time between warehouse responsibilities and driving company vehicles for local deliveries.

• Pick, pull, pack, and stage customer orders
• Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
• Cut wire and prepare materials for customer orders
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and shipments
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse
• Assist with inventory control and general warehouse duties

• Safely operate company vehicles, including small cube truck (similar to a U-Haul) and 26-foot automatic straight truck
• Complete local deliveries and pickups (typically less than 250 miles per day)
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Secure and transport cargo, including boxes, pallets, and pipe
• Obtain customer signatures and delivery documentation
• Communicate with dispatch regarding deliveries and schedules
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
• Keep company vehicles clean and report maintenance concerns promptly

Driving responsibilities may range from approximately 35% to 95% of the workweek, depending on operational needs.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum 2‑3 years of professional driving experience
• Valid Non-CDL driver's license (Class C, D, or
  
  E)
• Must be 21 years of age or older (insurance requirement)
• Current Medical Examiner's Card (DOT Medical Card) required
• Clean driving record with no moving violations
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

Schedule:

Monday – Friday 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.

Pay: $20.00 per hour.
