Class A CDL Truck Drivers with hazmat and tanker endorsement run dedicated cryogenic account that pays a daily salary, has great home time along with fantastic benefits. If you do not have cryogenic experience that is no problem since training is offered.

You don’t have to have cryogenic experience, but you must have tanker and hazmat endorsements at the time of application to qualify.

Full benefits start after 60 days and are among the best in the industry, including one week vacation in the first 52 weeks, comprehensive medical coverage, and a 401(k) with employer matching.

• Run a dedicated cryogenic account with a 21‑day work period followed by a maximum of 7 days home. Drivers are expected to fly home and the company will pay for the return flight. If the driver’s home is within 200 miles, they may drive home themselves.
• Must be willing to operate in all 48 states and cannot opt out of any region.
• First‑year pay ranges from $85,000 to $106,000. Drivers start at $300.30 per day and receive an increase of $3 per day every six months, capped at $324 per day.
• Eligible for an additional $100 per day for training new hires in cryogenics.
• Complete “shadow” training – the driver runs their own truck while a trainer runs theirs. During training, drivers are paid $125 per day and receive a $1,000 bonus at completion.
• Assigned truck is a 579‑style PETE with an automatic transmission. There is no slip‑seating.

• First‑year pay range as described above, with automatic $3 per day increases every six months.
• Additional $100 per day for training mandatory new hires.

• At least one year of OTR or regional driving experience within the last three years.
• Must have tanker and hazmat endorsements at the time of application.
• Relatively clean Motor Vehicle Records (MVR).
• No more than five Class A CDL driving jobs in the last five years.
• Any felony conviction disqualifies a candidate.
• Refusal or failure to pass a DOT drug test (regardless of SAP completion) results in disqualification.

• Drivers who are unwilling to fly home will not be considered for hire.
