Job Overview
Rouse Trucking operates 350 trucks throughout the Northeast, and we're hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for practical regional freight scheduling with consistent weekday movement and dependable weekend home time.
Workload & CompensationHome Time: Home every weekend with a 48‑hour reset
Pay: $1,350 to $1,450 weekly (paid every Friday by direct deposit)
Extra Pay: for detention, layovers, breakdowns, and transition time during your first weeks
Weekly Earnings: $1,350 to $1,450 paid every Friday by direct deposit
Running AreaRunning Area: Regional lanes cover the Northeast and portions of the Midwest. Most runs average around 250 miles, helping drivers stay productive without excessive road time.
FleetYour Truck: Late‑model 2021‑2024 Freightliner Cascadia assigned to each CDL‑A driver | No slip seating | Double bunks, SiriusXM, 24‑inch HD TV, refrigerator, battery‑powered APU, and 1,500‑watt inverter

- Paid vacation and holidays once established
- Rider program for passengers 13 and older at minimal weekly cost

Each CDL‑A driver gets equipment maintained on schedule and spec'd for long‑haul comfort. Climate‑controlled sleeper, entertainment systems, refrigeration, and power for personal electronics come standard.
