Reports To:

Regional Driver Manager

Compensation: $30.47–$33.50 per hour USD, depending on qualifications. (Targeted pay scale; actual pay within the range depends on work location and factors such as skills, experience, and education.)

Signing Bonus: $5,000 signing bonus. If employment ends voluntarily or for cause within 12 months, the bonus is repayable within 60 days of separation.

• Load, transfer, and unload raw product from a tanker truck.
• Transport and unload chemicals into customers’ tanks safely and with required paperwork.
• Safely handle hoses during loading and unloading.
• Perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections.
• Comply with all Company, Customer, Federal, State, and Local laws, rules and regulations.
• Become familiar with plant operating procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Minimum two (2) years of recent tractor/tanker experience.
• Minimum one (1) year of recent tanker experience.
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License, CDL Class A, with hazmat and tanker endorsements.
• Clean driving record for the past three (3) years.
• Physically qualified to drive a motor vehicle and provide a valid medical card.
• Proof of experience or training to operate the type of vehicle used by Chemtrade.

• Other duties as assigned.
